ABOUT THE SHOW 16+
The premiere performance of the gastronomic theater SVET is titled GUILTY SHOW. Guests are invited to explore contemporary themes such as money, sex, idleness, power, and ego from a fundamentally different perspective—not to judge them, but to enjoy observing familiar phenomena from an unconventional viewpoint.
Each chapter of the GUILTY SHOW is dedicated to one of these human weaknesses, revealed through theatrical art and the presentation of a dish, accompanied by optional wine or cocktail pairings. By experiencing all the chapters, guests will take away not only existential reflections and conclusions but also lasting gastronomic impressions.
Gastronomic Set
"Simplicity in complexity and complexity in simplicity" is the motto of concept chef Stanislav Pesotsky, a leading proponent of Nordic cuisine in Russia. The combination of ingredients, which support and complement the visual narrative, is intricately woven into the script's meanings.
