For companiesThe SVET gastronomic theatre is neither a restaurant with a show nor a theatre with dinner. It is a format that merges an immersive performance with haute cuisine. Each of the six courses of the author’s set becomes part of the show: you do not simply have dinner — you taste the story.
The hall is designed so that 32 guests find themselves surrounded by high-resolution panoramic projections. Live vocals and spatial sound create a complete sense of presence — reality recedes and you step inside the plot.

A gastro-theatre in central Moscow by Kitay-Gorod metro
You arrive at the theatre, where a hostess greets you and helps with the cloakroom. There is time to leave your things, look around and settle into the evening.
The lights go down and the projections around you come alive. A welcome drink and a complimentary appetiser from the chef await you, and then the first chapter of the performance begins.
Each chapter of the performance is paired with one course of the author’s set. The serving is synchronised with the action. A wine or cocktail pairing can be ordered for every set.
Dessert, a bow from the actors and the whole kitchen team, a photo zone. You leave the theatre feeling you have lived the story, not simply had dinner.
The concept-chef of the SVET gastronomic theatre is Stanislav Pesotsky, one of the first popularisers of modern Nordic cuisine in Russia. Stanislav has extensive experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in America, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
His philosophy is “familiar produce, entirely new sensations”. Each performance has its own gastronomic set, seamlessly built into the plot. Guests choose between a classic and a vegan set.

ATLANTIS and GUILTY EXPRESS each run for 2 hours without an intermission.
KIDS IN SPACE runs for one hour without an intermission.
Seating in our theatre echoes a dining-car hall: tables for four are arranged in two rows. Guests sit facing each other with a little space between the tables.
Comfortable swivel chairs let you enjoy the individual projections on the tables and across the whole hall.

SVET is located at Podkopaevsky Lane 4a.
By car: heading down Podkopaevsky Lane, on the right you will see iron gates and the SVET sign. Parking is city zone 0307, paid, on Podkopaevsky Lane.
By metro: the nearest station is “Kitay-Gorod”, exit 8.
Walk straight along Solyansky Proyezd to the crossroads, turn right onto Solyanka Street, then go straight to St. Nicholas Church and turn left onto Podkopaevsky Lane. On the left, past the “Noah’s Ark” business centre (Podkopaevsky Lane 4), you will see iron gates and the SVET sign.
We recommend arriving no later than 20 minutes before the show so we can seat you without a rush, tell you about the evening and offer a welcome snack with an aperitif!
For each show we have prepared an exclusive wine, cocktail and non-alcoholic pairing that becomes a refined addition to the gastronomic set.
After booking we will send you the wine and cocktail lists so you can review the selection in advance and pre-order if you wish.
Please note that pairings and drinks are not included in the ticket price.
We contact every guest after booking to check your preferences and offer replacements if a dish or specific ingredients of the set do not suit you.
We also offer a vegan variation of the set, made entirely from plant-based products.
