One of the first and foremost popularisers of modern Nordic cuisine in Russia, a winner and an ambassador of our country at many gastronomic festivals around the world. Stanislav has extensive experience in Michelin restaurants in America, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
His dishes balance on the edge of the pure aesthetics of gastronomic minimalism and a concentration of vivid flavour, evoking fundamentally new impressions.

At SVET, Evgeny enhances the gastronomic experience of the guests, developing the alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairing for the evening.
