Immersive dinner in Moscow

An immersive dinner is an evening where you are at once a spectator and a participant of the performance. At SVET the storyline continues in the flavours of the author set, while the 32-guest hall becomes a stage thanks to panoramic projections on the walls and a live vocal performance by the singer.

This is not a “restaurant with a screen”: each course arrives at its own moment of the story, the imagery is projected individually onto your table, and live vocals carry the narrative from the first plate to the finale.

Only 32 guests

  • 32 guests per seating
  • 6-course author set
  • 360° projections
  • Live vocals

What an immersive dinner is

The immersive format erases the line between the stage and the audience. It is impossible to remain a bystander here — you become part of the performance from the first minute.

The story comes alive around you: projections change on the walls and on the tables, each course of the gastronomic set continues the plot, and the waiter reveals its meaning and suggests how to feel every shade of flavour. The arrival of each course is accompanied by a live performance by the singer, turning dinner into a true theatrical act.

Over one evening the SVET space changes its scenery several times. Light, music, visual imagery and gastronomy merge into a single impression.

  • An intimate hall for 32 guests — everyone is at the centre of the action
  • Individual projections for every table
  • Courses are served as the story unfolds, becoming part of the performance

The cuisine and the set

The gastronomic part of the evening is led by SVET concept-chef Stanislav Pesotsky. It is modern Nordic cuisine: familiar products in completely unexpected combinations, clean flavours and natural imagery embodied in every dish.

The gastronomic set is six courses arranged like acts of a play. A vegan alternative is available for guests with allergies or dietary needs. The theatre manager confirms all the details after booking.
