Tasting dinner in Moscow
A tasting dinner is a journey through flavours, built by the chef as a single story. At SVET a six-course set by concept-chef Stanislav Pesotsky is served within an immersive performance, where each course is a separate chapter.
You can add a wine, cocktail or non-alcoholic pairing to the set, revealing the flavours anew.

The set as dramaturgy
The tasting set at SVET is built like a score: from a light prelude to a rich finale. Concept-chef Stanislav Pesotsky leads the guest through clean flavours and unexpected combinations of familiar products.
It is modern Nordic cuisine with natural imagery on the plate. Each course is tied to a chapter of the performance, so the tasting feels like a coherent story.
- Six courses of the author set in the logic of the performance
- Modern Nordic plating by Stanislav Pesotsky
- A vegan alternative and accommodations on request
Pairings
To reveal the set’s flavours more deeply, the theatre’s head bartender offers pairings: wine selected by the sommelier, cocktail and non-alcoholic. Each drink is matched to the courses and heightens the impression.
Pairings are not included in the ticket price and are ordered separately — best in advance, when booking.
