Chefs’ show: dinner by the chef in Moscow
A chefs’ show at SVET is a dinner where the kitchen becomes part of the performance. An author set by concept-chef Stanislav Pesotsky is served to the script of the evening, while gastronomy and staging work as one.
A 32-guest hall, 360° projections and live vocals turn the chef’s work into a spectacle.
- Set by chef Pesotsky
- 6 courses to the script
- 360° projections
- 32-guest hall
The kitchen as a spectacle
In the chefs’-show format food stops being just food. Each course is a separate scene with its own taste, image and rhythm of serving, built by the concept chef as part of the performance.
Stanislav Pesotsky’s modern Nordic cuisine is built on clean flavours and natural imagery: familiar products are revealed in unexpected combinations.
- An author set by concept-chef Stanislav Pesotsky
- Six courses arranged like acts of a play
- Serving synchronised with the story and the music
Dinner at the chef’s table
For those who want to see the team’s work as closely as possible, SVET has a separate intimate format «Dinner backstage» — a chef’s table right in the theatre’s kitchen.
It is six courses at a table in the kitchen, a tour with the chef and a final bow in the hall with the whole team. The format is booked individually.
